I am a high myopic person.Recent eye examination report states, Cataract in the initial stage. There are lots of floaters in the vision. What could be the reason for a translucent patch in the central portion of vision of each eye?

i wouldnt judge your vision or try & diagnose anything by how it looks thru a pinhole. its probably a light diffraction problem.
floaters that you see in your own vision would not be from cataracts, and neither floaters nor “initial stage” cataracts would be visible to you in your own eye by any method.
if you have a lot of NEW floaters since your exam, you may need another exam.
