Hello.
I was born with cataract in 1986 in both eyes, performed cataract surgery in 1987 – 1988 and got cataract removed, in 2001 – 2003 I’ve implanted IOLs for both eyes, my doctor says that I’ve Bilateral Nystagmus and Bilateral vitreo-retinal dystrophy.
My far sight is kinda poor, scored 20/40 and 20/60 with correction, I use glasses since my childhood and never used contacts.
Is there any possible way to improve? can retinal dystrophy and nystagmus be cured?

There are no effective treatments for most retinal dystrophies or for nystagmus. However, it would be best to ask this question of your eye doctor who is familiar with your case.
Your vision is only slightly reduced, should be legal for driving in most places and is unlikely to interfere with most jobs or schooling.
