Cataracts Treatment

His eye is covered in a blue/red/brown film. It changes in the light. Around the eye is a little blood shot, but not terrible. The dog in question is not in my hands. It looks like a cataract, but I can’t be too sure.

If you look at their pupils it appears that something keeps moving/reflecting light even after their eyes stop moving. I’ve noticed this about various people/actors but it was only after someone I know had cataract surgery that I started noticing it on them. Does the new lens perhaps float around in there? Wouldn’t that annoy the people who have to look through them all day?

Particularly do i have to go through the same medical care after cataract operation?

Is there any risks if i opt not to go for this 2nd operation if my vision is maintain at 6/6 ?
