I mean normal vision people usually need a reading glass after age 45 but can see far without near sighted glass.

As such when these young post-cataract surgery patients reach 45 and above WILL he/she see even better at far distance?

I`ve done some Research and most of the things I get are from Bruce Fife’s words. I`ve read both are effective in cataract. Only i think it’s unknown whether they can reverse the operation.
Two years back, i`ve watched a TV segment concerning on Coconut oil and I`ve watched a man who puts it on his eye by drops and covers his eye with a warm damp washcloth.
Only I am confused. My research is currently on coconut water. And I want to change it to coconut oil.
Please help me.

My grandma had cataract surgery on her right eye today (her second one), but she claims that she doesn’t notice an improvement in her vision. It seems she has the same kind of vision she did before the surgery. This was not the case with the first cataract surgery, after which she immediately saw things clearer. Is this normal? I just want to make sure nothing went wrong after the surgery. We did use different eye drops, so could that affect her eye? Any info appreciated, thanks.
