Cataracts Treatment

Only 10% people up to 90 years old can avoid cataract, how do they manage that? Can this disease be reversed? Will only people with the perfect vision avoid the disease?

I am asking this because I want to know if you can see clearly out of them or if your vision becomes hazed as well?
