Question by hema g: my mother in law underwent cataract operation of both her eyes.?
while her Right eye vision is perfect she can’t See thing with her left eye. It was operated after the right eye. the doctor says that she will be able to see with the SUPPORT of the first eye. if both the eyes are operated upon separately then shouldn’t she be able to see with both her eyes independently?

Go see a specialist and see what the issue is.

    Sometimes. But in some visual problems involving limited vision in one eye, the brain will compensate for the lost vision ( don’t ask me how? ) and she will be able to see much better.

    what do you mean by independently with both her eyes?…….do u mean she should be able to see tow object independently at the same time?………….sound funny to me.

    May be optic nerve of her one eye is no more as efficient as her other eye.
