Check with your local recruitment, I am sure that would matter, while How is your vision to even pay USMC introduced to make very personal things with his eyes as cataract Lasik should not disqualify you.

I wouldn’t even mention it if 1) they don’t ask and 2) your eyesight is fine. You will get an eye exam at the MEPS station (as well as many other exams), and if everything checks out fine, off you go! Good luck.
