Eye Drops To Dissolve Cataracts In Dogs?

Does anyone have experience with using N-Acetyl-L-Carnosine eye drops for cataracts in their dogs? It’s marketed under several different trade names, such as Bright Eyes, Can-C, and Eye D’Clare. Does it work?

i have seen some people try it and have had sucess however sometimes it doesn’t and in which case surgery has to be done or let the cataracts go
