My Right Eye Is Due For Cataract Surgery, Doctor Doesn’t Give Eye Drops For My Left Eye To Slow The Cataract ?

I have my right eye operated but wants the left eye to be slow down in cataract build-up.

There are no drops to slow it down. It will advance at it’s own speed.
You can’t make it go faster or slower with drops.
