I had a cataract removed from my left eye Two (2) mornings ago, and have been a tea ‘chugger’for years. The catacarct was a result of 4 yrs of taking Prednisone as a treatment for Neurological Sarcoidosis.

NO neither will help in this case, but to heal quickly and produce healthy new tissue you need Royal Jelly its low pH and high healing properties. Go to beeroyalproducts.com they have the purest and freshest products . This will definitely help you recover and heal quickly

It couldn’t hurt since both Rooibos Tea and Green Tea contain high levels of antioxidants. Both teas are said to enhance the immune system. Rooibos tea has no caffeine, but Green tea does. I prefer the sweet taste of Rooibos tea over Green tea.
