PLEASE HELP! can anyone please tell me the instruments used in extracapsular cataract extraction?

I know that in a conventional ECCE an intraocular lens is sometimes used, and I believe that this procedure usually requires stitches because a larger incision is made (other than that I am not sure) The only other procedure I am aware of is Phacoemulsification.

Unfortunetly I am not an ophthalmologist, sorry.
